We recommend that all new releases are imported using the highest resolution WAV or FLAC files you have available. Zaytown Global will also transcode additional audio file formats once the content has been ingested, including a full length MP3 for streaming, and a 60 second variant for previewing.

Zaytown Global accepts the following video file formats:
Zaytown Global can work with a variety of image formats. It is possible to store resolutions up to 4096×4096 @ 300dpi. Any images which are too small or too large will be automatically re-formatted by Zaytown GLobal, causing image quality and/or size distortion.
For audio and mixed media releases, images must be square (1:1 aspect ratio). Dimensions of 3000×3000 pixels @ 300dpi are recommended, as this is the preferred resolution for Apple Music deliveries.
For music video releases, image dimensions must be 1920×1080 pixels @ 300dpi.
